Portsmouth NH, USA - Pre-dawn

If you are familiar with Portsmouth at the height of the tourist season, you know how difficult it is to get a good shot of downtown.  Typically, it is swarming with people, cars and unworldly traffic - which destroy any good photo opportunities.

So, the other day, I was shooting the outside of a commercial building for a client who wanted the "lights on" in the interior of their store - and after that shoot, decided to grab this shot a short way up the street.

The details are Sony A7R, Sony/Zeiss 16-35mm f/4 - taken on a tripod at about 04:30. It's a single image from a composite of three (-2/0/+2) merged in Lightroom 6 and reworked in Photoshop with NIK for rendering in B&W.
